Prototype: ECCO II - The Tides of Time Dec 22 2009, Sega Megadrive
This Ecco II build unofficially designated "0429" (from its filename) comes close on the heels of the previously-released "X11" prototype. Though not much time passed between these builds, the game has seen substantial advancement, rounding out of 'sketch' stages, improved stage architecture, object code, and many bugs and odd holes have been patched. However, this build brings with it some strange new elements, including 2 odd 'easter egg' stages. 0429 is a key part of the Ecco II development timeline and helps connect the "Playable Preview", "X11" and forthcoming builds. |

Redump: Sonic CD 920 (Beta) Jun 20 2006, Sega Mega CD
This beta is not much different from the final release. The only difference is the soundtrack. The game is like, the US version with the Japanese soundtrack. Shame they changed it in the final.
This prototype was released in ISO/MP3 form. I redumped it in BIN/CUE format. See FAQ why did I do this |

Asteroids-like game by Technopop. You fly around in a ship around a sun that will kill you on touch. You can even play with a buddy in 2p mode. |

Prototype: Barkley Shut Up and Jam! 2 Dec 23 2006, Sega Megadrive
A pretty early prototype (which is cool) of a shitty sports game (which is not cool at all). It's really early, with different title screen, menus and music and stuff like that. |

Beta: Shanghai 2 - Dragon's Eye Dec 23 2006, Sega Megadrive
A prototype of Shanghai 2. It's pretty close to final. Despite having a shitty name, it's a pretty nice kyodai-type game. |
